Adult Yoga

A fun, informal yoga practice for grown ups, suitable for all shapes, ages and abilities. These sessions will include a dynamic standing sequence to build some heat (and maybe a bit of sweat), moving on to deeper stretches,┬ácore work and relaxation. The aim is to soothe aching camping bodies, create some stillness in the mind and leave with a smile on your face. If you’ve got a mat to bring, grab it!
