We’re calling all campers to write us a poem and be in for a chance to win a family ticket to Starry Skies.

Think epics, acrostics, haikus and more! All we ask is that your poem is about playing out in nature. We want to know what it means to YOU to feel the wind tangle your hair, have grass-green goblin knees and dirt under your finger nails?

We might not be able to get out in nature as much as we would like at the moment, but lucky thing is, it will still be there when all this is over! Join us in creating a collective shoutout to the natural world and outside play, to remind people that they can and should get out and about, safely!

Look out for your entries on our social media accounts once the competition has closed.

✨All entrees must be children. (Although, parents and guardians we welcome your contributions too – we just won’t be judging them!)

✨Tag us in your entry on Facebook (@StarrySkiesFamilyCamping) or Instagram (@starryskiescamp) . This can either be a picture of the poem, or even a video of your budding poet reading it out.

✨ We’ll judge all the wonderful entries and announce a winner by 25th November.

✨ We’ll get to sharing our favourites on our social media accounts, to spread our campers’ creativity and smarts!

✨The winner will bag themselves a family ticket to Starry Skies Edition Eight (that’s 2 adult tickets and up to 3 children tickets).

This fabulous prize will be valid for the next Starry Skies – which we very much hope will take place next August. If COVID gets in the way again, we’ll honour it for 2022.

The prize tickets are nonrefundable and can not be sold on, but can be gifted – perhaps you want your family friends to finally experience Starry Skies with you?

We can’t wait to see what you’ve got for us!
